How to pay at Pod Point
- Download the Pod Point app and top up your account with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- At the charger, find the bay in the app, plug in and start the session.
- Rapid chargers also take contactless cards. You can also pay through the Zapmap app.
Many 7kW and 22kW Pod Point chargers have a socket rather than a cable, so you'll need your own Type 2 cable to use them.
Charging at Tesco
Pod Point runs all of Tesco's chargers. Prices there are 44p per kWh on 7kW chargers and 69p on rapid chargers, and you can link your Clubcard to earn points. See our Tesco charging guide.
